GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Membership and credit purchase

You can purchase memberships and credits in the MOERS system in three ways:

  • Credit loading

Regardless of how you purchase credits, your membership and credit loading process will be completed within a maximum of 24 hours after your payment reaches our accounts, and your username and temporary password will be sent to the email address you provided. After this stage, you can change your temporary password via the "Change Password" section under the "Administrator Operations" tab on the login page of the test or survey panels, or you can continue your operations in the panel with the password sent to you. Now you can start using the system and the products you purchased.

  • Member login

You can access all our products from the MEMBER LOGIN tab located in the upper right corner of our website. To access the product you wish to use, select and click on it. On the page that appears, you will be asked to enter your username and password. After entering this information, simply check the "REMEMBER ME" option once for the system to remember you. Then, check the "I AM NOT A ROBOT" box and click the MEMBER LOGIN button. You will then be able to use the Test or Survey Panel.

  • Send Survey Link

  • Personnel/Company List (Add Personnel/Company)

This tab allows you to select the individuals/companies you want to survey and send the surveys to them. First, go to the PERSONNEL LIST or COMPANY LIST page, click the ADD PERSONNEL/ADD COMPANY button, enter the required information about the individual or company you want to survey, and click the SAVE button. After saving and listing all the individuals/companies you want to survey, you can return to your personnel or company list by clicking the RETURN TO LIST button.

  • Sending Survey Links

First, in your personnel or company list where all individuals or companies are registered, select all the individuals or companies to whom you want to send the survey link by checking the boxes to the left of their names. Then, check the box next to the text "I have read and agree to the Explicit Consent Form, Membership Agreement, and Information Notice" and click the SEND button. The system will then notify you that the link has been sent.

At the bottom of this page, you can see a list of the individuals or companies you sent the survey link to, whether the survey has been completed, and if so, the time it was completed.

  • Administrative Operations

  • Define Period

First, the survey period must be created. To do this, go to the DEFINE PERIOD page under the ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS tab. Using the ADD NEW PERIOD tab, give the period a name, record the start and end dates of the survey, and click the UPDATE button.

  • Survey Group and Question Selection Wizard

    • Creating survey questions

      • For employee and customer satisfaction surveys, a list of questions specific to your organization should be submitted to MOERS officials. There is no limit to the number of questions. The survey questions will be entered into the system by MOERS.

      • For organizational culture and management check-up surveys, the questions are predetermined and no additions or deletions can be made to them.

  • Reports

    • For employee satisfaction, organizational culture, and management check-up surveys;

      • Comparative Composite Report: You can obtain a composite report from this tab. If there are multiple periods, you can view a comparative report between periods here.

      • Period-Based Report: You can obtain a comprehensive report based on the selected period here. If there is more than one period, you need to select a period.

      • Yaka Rengine Göre Rapor: Belirlediğiniz yaka renklerine göre farklı raporu bu sekmeden alabilirsiniz. Bunun için görmek istediğiniz yaka rengini seçmeniz gerekir.

      • Department-Specific Reports: You can obtain different reports based on the departments you have defined in the system from this tab. To do this, you need to select the name of the department you want to view.

    • For the customer satisfaction survey;

      • Comparative Composite Report: You can obtain a composite report from this tab. If there are multiple periods, you can view a comparative report between periods here.

      • Period-Based Report: You can obtain a comprehensive report based on the selected period here. If there is more than one period, you need to select a period.

      • Sector-Based Reports: You can obtain different reports based on the sectors you specify from this tab. To do this, you need to select the sector you want to view.

      • Customer Type Report: In the system, you can get the customer type report in this section. For this, you need to select the customer type you want to see (Kurumsal/Bireysel).

      • Firma Bazinda Memnuniyet Sıralamaşı: You can evaluate the customer satisfaction status of firma bazinda ayri ayri bu sekme alında görebilir. For this, you must select the name of the firm you want to see.

  • Report Format

To save the report as a PDF, press CTRL+P to select the printer or save it as a PDF.
