Analyses on the reliability of MOERS tests have been conducted by the Department of Biostatistics, Faculty of Medicine, Uludağ University and their reliability has been registered.

Question 3

We conduct the employee satisfaction survey once a year. Is there a need for a motivation test still?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is; because in the employee satisfaction survey, the question ‘Are you satisfied with our food, service, working environment?’ is asked. The employee may be satisfied with these. Therefore, employee satisfaction may be high. However, the employee may have debts, family problems, concerns and expectations about life. This may also lower the motivation of the employee. In this respect, employee satisfaction and employee motivation are related but different things.

We use K-Test. Should we also use the G-Test?

You should use MOERS General Ability Test(G-Test) for technical blue-collar (welder-turner-machinist etc.), technicians, grey-collar (proficient-shift supervisor- foremen etc.) and designers (stylist-modelist-technical painter-graphic artist etc.) positions where shape perception, visuality and reasoning ability are very important.

Can we fill out your tests in English and get a report in Turkish? You have put a language option...

You can fill out all MOERS tests in Turkish-English-German-French and receive a report in any of these languages you choose. You must select a language for this. Whichever language you have chosen, you can fill out the test in that language and get a report.
